The pizzas usually aren't the best, but that's mostly because the "Hot n Ready" idea is a failure. The reason it's a failure is because when you go in and get a pizza that's already been made, it's usually been sitting in the cresco for over half an hour. It's also a failed idea because they only keep so many pizzas ready at a time. So when they get rushed, and people want pizzas right then and there, it's usually not ready. Now when you order a pizza to be made fresh, it's usually pretty good since it hasn't been sitting there for over 30 minutes. If you want decent pizza from here always ask for it to be made fresh, or else you won't really know if you're getting a pizza right out from the oven, or one that's been sitting out for 30 minutes. Just left. Supposed owner told me pizza on demand was specialty pizzas. Told me to read his sign. I read all signs saying pizza on demand, nothing about one that I ordered being a specialty. Was told as owner of the place he could refuse me service and told me to leave. He walked out door and was calling cops on me as I left. Will definitely not go to that location any more.
Tonight was the last straw. Every time I go nothing is ready and you have to wait. But tonight.... oh my goodness! I went through the drive thru they didn't have any cheese pizzas ready so they ask me to park outside and they will bring it to me. I grab my receipt and go park.... 20 minutes and nothing! I go inside and had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to talk to me. The poor guy sitting inside waiting for 4 pizzas was already waiting 40 minutes. I ask about my pizzas and they're like we have some they've been done. I asked why they never brought them out to me. Apparently no one wrote a ticket. I couldn't believe it! I'm like seriously! I'm not going to lie I became a little upset and told them I was. I'll be telling people to not go here. I already told a guy in the parking lot, him and his wife went to Papa John's instead. Lucky them.
Their service is 100% they do what they can to make sure the pizza is to perfection and get it to you in a timely manner. I was never a fan of little ceasers till I came to this one!!
