A senior citizen couple special ordered counter stools from Lane Furniture under the direct confirmation from two employees, one being the store manager, that the measurement requirements we needed were indeed the stools measurements. The two stools came in bar height, store manager will not do anything about the wrong done to us; lied to my face saying we just brought in a picture from the internet telling them to order them plus he said he wasn't even there that day. He took my money and was in on the conversation about if the height is 24" and the arms will fit under our counter, then order the stools. The two employees confirmed they were 24" and would fit under our counter. They did not and they lied. Bait and switch to senior citizens...I will never go back to that store; they have beautiful furniture, but that furniture can be bought elsewhere.
