The minute I walked into the office I felt welcomed. The whole staff was polite and considerate. Dr. Farley even came out and was talking with me. They explained everything they were doing with me. They explained the next phase of treatment. I loved my experience there. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a dentist or doctors office before. I would highly recommend Dr. Farley's office. Her husband even came out and said hello. Then as I was leaving he asked if I got something to eat. The staff got me a burrito he made to leave with. It was very delicious. I split it with my husband and my daughter they liked it a lot too. I am so looking forward to my next visit. I would recommend all my co workers and family members and friends to go to Dr. Farley. I had a cleaning today and The dental hygienist talked to me and explained what she was doing and the results and what was happening next and the payments for upcoming visits. The dentist came in did he evaluation and explained what she found in detail. Was gentle and extremely polite.
Not only is the atmosphere awesome, the ladies were funny and they make you feel like you are with friends.. Very accommodating, and I even left with a home-cooked happy. I can honestly say I look forward to the next visit.
She extracted 6 teeth at once and allowed one tooth to fall down my sons throat causing him to choke, they she blew it off like it was nothing and said it happens all the time .....Really Ms Farley..so unprofessional and expected to still be paid for her careless negligence. Never again will we ever use her services. I wouldn't even consider taking my dog to her.
Staff is friendly, costs are acceptable and reasonable, lobby is clean and inviting, and the office staff is super efficient. My teeth are in much better shape thanks to Dr. Farley and crew.
